I have purchased Hisense 80cm HD Ready LED Google TV 2024 ( IMEI /SL NO 45445558562354585 from Flipkart on 16.10.2024. But since last 1 month TV sensor not working,as a result TV remote cant be connected to the TV. I have mailed Hisense company about the problem.After 7 days company replaced the remote only. But the same problem exist. I have then mailed them several times but no response given from their side. I have called their toll free number but nobody picks up the call.
