I purchased a Forbes SmartClean Fully Automatic Station Robotic Vacuum Cleaner in July 2025 for ₹69,000. The product is still under warranty.
Issue:
The mopping function is defective. Mop pads detach during cleaning, causing repeated “mopping lost” errors. The robot then refuses to resume mopping, making the feature unusable.
Complaint History & Negligence:
Complaint CM-291225-64231378 raised on 29 Dec 2025
No technician was ever assigned or visited
Repeated follow-ups resulted only in template responses (“24-hour resolution”) with no action
I was misinformed multiple times that visits were scheduled, but no one came
Paid ₹1,999 for service/parts in Dec 2025 but received no service
On 18 Apr 2026, the complaint was wrongfully closed claiming resolution despite no repair
A new complaint CM-220426-70803722 was opened, but:
Still no technician visit
Continuous delays with “2–3 days” responses
No actual resolution provided
Current Situation:
Issue persists even today
Product remains defective and unusable for mopping
No support channel (calls/emails/escalations) is providing resolution
Clear pattern of delay and negligence, seemingly to outlast warranty
Grievances:
No after-sales service for a premium product under warranty
False closure of complaint without fixing the issue
Misleading communication and repeated delays
Financial loss and mental harassment
Relief Sought:
Immediate repair or full replacement of the defective unit
Written explanation for wrongful closure of complaint CM-291225-64231378
Immediate resolution under complaint CM-220426-70803722
Compensation for delay, negligence, and harassment
