I ordered earbuds from Blinkit (Grofers India Pvt Ltd), but I received a defective product. The right earbud is not working properly and there is a visible physical defect.
I immediately contacted customer support, but the response was highly unsatisfactory. There were delays, lack of proper assistance, and no effective resolution was provided. This clearly shows negligence in service and poor customer support.
I have already raised this issue with the company, but they have failed to resolve my complaint properly.
I strictly demand a full refund of ₹1451. I am not interested in a replacement, as I have lost trust in the product quality and service.
If my issue is not resolved immediately, I will proceed with formal/legal action under consumer protection laws. This will also affect the company’s credibility.
