I would like to raise a complaint against Blue Star AC service regarding extremely poor after-sales support, repeated delays, and unauthorized cancellation of my service request.

I purchased a Blue Star AC in January 2026 from Lotus Electronics. The installation was completed within two days. However, when I started using the AC properly in March, it began showing cooling issues.

After I raised a complaint, the technician visited and simply refilled the gas. Within a week, the cooling issue started again, and the AC began showing an EC error signal.

Today, I received a call from the technician around 3:10 PM informing me that he would visit. I clearly explained that the issue was related to gas leakage/refilling and the AC was not cooling at all. He then informed me that another team would come with gas and nitrogen equipment.

At around 3:50 PM, I again followed up and was assured that the new team would visit shortly. However, when I contacted Swastik Cooling System again at 4:53 PM, I was informed that no one would visit today and the service was postponed to tomorrow.

Despite multiple escalations, there has been absolutely no seriousness shown towards resolving the issue. We have small kids at home, and it is extremely difficult to manage without AC, especially because our room is east-facing and becomes extremely hot.

To make matters worse, at around 5:04 PM, I received a message from Blue Star stating that I had requested cancellation of my service ticket, which is completely false. I never requested cancellation at any point. In fact, I have been continuously following up for urgent resolution.

Closing or cancelling a customer’s complaint without consent is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. This has caused unnecessary mental harassment and inconvenience to my family.

I request the Consumer Forum to kindly look into this matter and take appropriate action against such negligent service practices. I also request proper resolution of the AC issue and accountability from the service provider.
