i ORDERED THE NIRVANA cULT mASSAGE CHAIR. tHE MONEY WAS DEDUCTED BUT THEY COULD NOT DELIVER. a WEEK LATER I RANG THEM UP AND AFTER GETTING THEIR PERMISSION RECORDED THE CONVERSATION THAT THEY WOULD SURELY SEE THAT THE PRODUCT WOULD BE DELIVERED. aGAIN WHEN THE DELIVERY WAS TO TAKE PLACE THEY COULD NOT DELIVER IT TO THE FOURTH FLOOR AS THEY HAD PROMISED. THE DELIVERY BOYS AND THEIR TECHNICIAN DECIDED TO REMOVE IT FROM THE PACKAGING TO DELIVER IT. i DID MENTION THAT THE PRODUCT SHOULD NOT BE DAMAGED AS IT WAS THEIR RESPONSIBILTY TO DELIVER THE PRODUCT. IN THEIR SHIFTING THE PRODUCT THEY SCRATCHED THE PRODUCT. i IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED THEM AND EVEN THEIR TECHNICIAN TOOK PHOTOS OF THE SAME. sINCE THEN DESPITE MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS ALL I HAVE BEEN GIVEN IS A RUN AROUND.

AS RELIEF I SEEK EITHER RETURN OF THE PRODUCT AND MONIES BEING REFUNDED, AN UNDAMAGED REPLACEMENT PRODUCT OR SUITABLE COMPENSATION FOR THE DAMGE CAUSED.
