I had ordered few products from jio mart app. There were a total of 8 items (7 food items and 1 non food item-surf Excel liquid). The entire product was packed together. When we received the items, the surf Excel cover was open and all the liquid was spilled into theo entire food items and everything was damaged. Also instead of 3 milk packets, only 1 was given. I have been repeatedly sending images to them based on their instructions, but everytime they are giving some or the other excuse. I paid a total of 2294 rupees for the above .
