I am filing this complaint regarding the damage caused to my luggage while it was in the custody of the courier. I handed over the luggage in good condition, but upon receiving it at my destination, I found that it has been damaged
I immediately reported the damage to the concerned authorities and contacted the courier seeking appropriate compensation. However, my complaint was not properly resolved and I have not received adequate compensation for the loss suffered.
The damage has caused me financial loss, inconvenience and considerable difficulty. I therefore request appropriate compensation towards the damaged luggage, along with compensation for the inconvenience and expenses incurred in pursuing this complaint.
