I ordered from Mohan Puri Wala via Swiggy (Order ID: #235119938840675) on April 14, 2026, and received damaged, unfit food. The delivery boy cancelled the order from my phone himself, assuring me the restaurant would process a refund. Restaurant manager Ms. Priyanshi also verbally confirmed the refund had been arranged with Swiggy.

It has been 8+ days — no refund received. Swiggy support rejected my request citing the 48-hour delivery window, completely ignoring that the cancellation was done by their own delivery partner without my informed consent.

I am a Swiggy One (paid subscriber) and have been misled by both the restaurant and Swiggy's delivery partner. This is a clear deficiency in service and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Relief Sought: Full refund of ₹1397 + compensation for harassment.
 
Please find attached supporting documents for my complaint regarding damaged food delivered in Order ID #235119938840675 from Mohan Puri Wala. I was assured by the delivery partner and restaurant manager that refund would be processed, but no refund has been received. Attached are the food damage photos, Swiggy chat screenshots, order details, and related communication for your consideration
