I ordered a personal wellness product from Blinkit, but I received a sealed open packet in which the product was there, but the suction of the product was not working which the brand which they are selling on blinket claims.
other than that, there were stains like oil stains on the product.
I am trying to contact Blinkit team through their support app, but they have closed my chat service and I’m not able to raise any chats. This behaviour is highly unprofessional. I have mailed them several times, but there is only one response that we cannot help. I am attaching all the mails with the product and with my order ID so that you can help me.
