Sir/Madam,
1. I, Kamlesh Shah ,am a consumer within the meaning of Section 2(7) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
2. On 19 Aug 2026, I purchased Clear view Rimless one power auto focus reading glasses from your company vide Order No. DH4qHG-3434217 for a total consideration of ₹400 paid through G pay
3. As per their confirmation, the product was to be good in quality . However, the product is of very low quality and seems as used product . Tracking details show order delievered. This amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice u/s 2(11) & 2(47) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Due to their negligence, I have financial loss of rupees Rs 400/-
