Sir / Madam i have purchased a refrigerator on 9 January 2025. Dealer show (AV Zone, jayendraganj, Lashkar, Gwalior) Show me good refrigerator and delivered my home damage refrigerator, when i talk to dealer for change my item with new but dealer refuse me we will not change at any cost. please solve this issue as soon as possible

Thank you for reaching out. If the dealer (A V Zone) is not entertaining your request or providing assistance, we suggest contacting the customer care department of the Samsung directly to register your grievance.

If you have already approached the company and they are also not helping resolve the issue, the next step is to file a case against both the dealer and the company in the Consumer Forum. Ensure you keep all relevant documents, such as invoices, correspondence, and complaint reference numbers, as evidence for your case.
