I had ordered shaving razors and tissue paper from zepto. Order id - QUILRMMNH56335
I recieved damaged and dirty packages in the delivery.
I raised a complaint via Zepto customer support chat and email both and they denied any resolution to my issue and closed the conversation immediately.
Previously i had a similar issue where i had received an open & unsealed bread packet and similarly after raising complaint my issue was denied and closed.
Please take immediate action as i have faced financial loss and have been given a lot of mental strss by the customer support of Zepto.Limited.
