Hello,
I booked porter for today 8:00am. Paid 100 rupees, partner got assigned. He called me and requested me to change the timing slot to 9am. 3 people came to my home at 9:00am. They checked everything. They said they will come after half an hour by having breakfast after that they said no space for parking. And told me to change timing to 8pm. Or 5am on Sunday and advance 1000 rupees in person . I didn’t pay that they said they would come at 5am. Informed to supervisor on call he said he will send. I have not received any call till 8pm. I called partner 5 times. He said he will confirm and he stopped receiving phones I approcached customer care they connected to partner he started saying lies saying that no space for parking I have camera at my home they stayed more than half an hour to cook stories. I had to vacate the room. I approached porter for professionalism but they are behaving irresponsible tomorrow someone else is occupying home. Porter customer care simply cancelled the order. I want you to make sure professional action on the partner and it should not repeat with any believer of porter. People say porter partners cancel If they get high ticket clients. I attached photos of space u have cc camera to show you space and there arrival. I need your professional response to my customer complaint. If that is the case
Why they open the account if vehicle space is not there. Why They opened my booking ?
