hi Sir/Ma'am,
I have taken personal training from Cult fitness center, Attapur, Hyderabad.
After taking 11 sessions out of 36 sessions, The personal trainer has resigned and left the center.
The center manager offered me to get training from other personal trainer which I refused as the previous trainer worked with me to understand and train for last 4 months, Changing now will alter my fitness journey.
So I requested Cult to refund the amount for remaining sessions, for which they are delaying and not providing any solutions since I logged ticket on 16 April 2025.
