I am Hiren Cholera from Rajkot, Gujarat. I have purchased your Cruise Brand 1.5 ton AC from Amazon.in on 01-05-25, Invoice of the AC is attached in the attachment. The 1.5 ton AC is not suitable to cool down tempreture of my 8 by 8 room in the 1 Year Period. I am using 2 AC's in my house which is of Voltas Brand & Blue Star brand except Cruise Brand. Voltas I am having is of 1.5 Ton while Bluestar I am using is of 1 Ton. Recently Cruise Brand AC technician has visited my home & told me Gas in your Cruise AC is gone & you have to refill the gas, it is surprised to me than Within a year Gas in Cruise AC has gone in 1 Year I have not faced this problem with my Voltas or Bluestar AC usage in my house. Also your technician ( Cruise AC ) told me that service charge Rs. 650 will be paid by you in my next visit. So You Cruise AC People are completely money making people & you don't have concern of service of your customer. So I have seen that you Cruise AC People does not providing good product to customer not providing good service to your customers. That's why after 1 Year of service I decided to return your 1.5 ton AC in your factory & no more I would like to be a customer of Cruise AC Brand. Even your service staff is cutting my calls & your service person in my Rajkot city is not picking my calls. Please do the needful I would like to return Cruise AC of 1.5 ton & give me the amount I paid you by Purchasing your product in Amazon.
