Dear Sir/Madam,
I have raised a fund for a little girl Sanvi Nath, who is suffering in leukaemia from September last. She is 4 years old and my daughter’s classmate and her parents financial background is not that strong. So we all other children’s parents were trying to help them with all our resources and contacts.
One of my friend have suggested crowdfunding and I have approached ImpactGuru for this reason. They approved and started a campaign for Sanvi to raise ₹20L and told us share this fast after some money accumulation they will active their donors to donate in this campaign but it has never happened all the fund accumulated has been donated by our friends and family impactguru was just pushing us to share this campaign in different social media platforms non of their donors has donated a single penny here moreover they reduced the campaign value to 10L. Infact Impactguru has never listed thus campaign to there website so the other donors could see it. Finally we have demoralised by their inactiveness as crowdfunding platform and we have decided to stop the campaign. Now there is just ₹32053 have been accumulated and as they mentioned they usually don’t charge any platform fee if in any case they will that must not above 5% of the total money accumulated during withdrawal but as soon as we submitted all the documents to withdraw the funds and stop the campaign they insanely deducting money instade of maximum 5% as they mentioned they are giving the parents only ₹25642.4 out of ₹32053.
This entire donation has been our hard earn money moreover the money has been donated for little Sanvi and her treatment purpose.Please help us from their fraud.
