My order was of CROMPTON BOLTMIX COOL 750W Mixer Grinder dtd.25.05.26 of Rs.3,365/- through FLIPKART, but I was received product in Total Damaged Condition on 04.06.26.
When I requested for a Replacement next day, then Seller SANIYA ENTERPRISES (CLOUD2019) have sent me Mixer of an ordinary brand SURYAVIVA of 500W on 19.06.26. Then I requested for Return of the product on 20.06.26 and their system showing that pickup will be done by 02.07.26, but still I am following up for the Pickup of wrong material & Refund, and no any response received from FLIPKART till date i.e. 03.07.26.
My Return Request# 12265404040135792712552448 / 20.06.26 is still pending. I am continuously following up on mail with Customer Care under CC to Grievance but till date no any response received.
What should I do now ???
