Delivery person came at delivery location on 27 June 2025 with out prior intimation on phone, at that time I was not available at delivery location and delivery person refused to deliver the product to any other person. So I did phone to custmer care and requested for reschedule the delivery. But I have not received my courier after long period of time. It's gross negligence on the part of company.

We understand that the DTDC Courier has not responded properly to your previous emails.

In such a situation, we suggest that you proceed by sending a legal notice to the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of the DTDC Courier, formally requesting deliver the courier. Kindly allow them a 15-day period to respond to the notice.

If you do not receive any response within this timeframe, please revert to us. We will then guide you through the process of filing a case in the Consumer Forum.
