I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek your urgent assistance regarding my SBI credit card loan.
In March 2023, I deposited a total outstanding amount of approximately Rs. 2.5 lakhs. However, despite making this payment,
I am still facing an outstanding balance of Rs. 60,000 and have been enrolled in an EMI plan.

I have reached out to your staff multiple times, and they have been informed that my loan closure request was not submitted in a timely manner,
which has resulted in this remaining balance. This situation is quite distressing, as I am unable to pay this amount again.

I kindly request that you investigate this matter and see if there is a way to adjust the outstanding amount, as it is causing me considerable concern.

Sir i have paid the credit card limit of 30000 thousand from can ail app online payment was done wen I opened the app it was showing pending amount after paying the whole amount I approached the bank canara bank abids beside Hollywood footwear but they gave a deaf ear the Chief manager and the Manger along with loan section lady fooled me and cheated me I am small salary worker I request you to stop my deduction amount every month from salary and savings account also the have kept installment both r deducted from amount a huge amount us deducted kindly do justice and stop deducting amount and refund my amount credit card 7008
