I am filing this complaint against SBI Card regarding continued recovery harassment despite official written confirmation from SBI Card that my outstanding amount is ZERO.

My SBI Credit Card ending with 6303 was under settlement. I had already paid ₹30,300 and ₹30,000 respectively against the approved settlement amount of ₹60,600. Due to an inadvertent oversight, ₹300 remained pending initially. Later, SBI Card’s collection representative informed me that the issue would be resolved upon payment of approximately ₹700 towards pending charges, which I also paid.

Thereafter, I received official written confirmation from SBI Card under Interaction ID: 1-412917671621 dated 12/05/2026 clearly stating:
“We wish to inform you that as I can check your outstanding is zero.”

The same email also confirmed that my No Due Certificate (NOC) request was under process.
However, despite this written confirmation, recovery executive Mr. Prashant Dalvi (Contact: 9699888185) still visited my residence and refused to acknowledge SBI Card’s official email confirmation. I was also asked to visit their office located at:
301-B, 3rd Floor, Silver Utopia, Cardinal Gracious Road, Guru Hargovindji Road, Chakala, Andheri East, Mumbai – 400099.

This continued recovery action despite zero outstanding confirmation has caused severe mental harassment, embarrassment, stress, and disturbance to me and my family members.
I request immediate intervention and appropriate action against the continued harassment and poor coordination between SBI Card customer service and field recovery teams.

I also request SBI Card to immediately stop all recovery follow-ups and issue my No Due Certificate without further delay.
