The Consumer Grievance Authority,
I would like to file a complaint against Haier IndiaAttachment.png and FlipkartAttachment.png regarding the unresolved warranty issue of my Haier Air Conditioner.
I purchased a Haier AC through Flipkart on 18-Aug-2025, and the installation was completed on 24-Feb-2026. Immediately after installation, the AC was not cooling properly. After inspection, the technician confirmed that the compressor of the outdoor unit was defective.
Since the compressor is covered under a 10-year warranty, I registered a complaint with Haier as advised by the Flipkart team. Haier technicians also visited and confirmed that compressor replacement was required. However, despite repeated follow-ups for almost 3 months, the issue has still not been resolved.
I have raised complaints multiple times through Haier customer support and WhatsApp service, but the complaints are repeatedly closed without resolution, mentioning “No defect identified,” which is completely incorrect. Flipkart is also not providing any support and continuously redirecting me to Haier.
Due to this negligence and poor service, I have faced significant mental harassment, inconvenience, and financial loss.
I request the Consumer Authority to kindly intervene and direct both companies to:
Replace/repair the defective compressor immediately under warranty.
Provide proper resolution without further delay.
Take appropriate action against the irresponsible service support.
I am attaching all supporting documents, invoices, complaint screenshots, and service request details for reference.
