I placed an order (#1851048) from Littlebox on Feb 7, 2026. The order shows delivered, but the status is stuck on “updating delivery status,” so I cannot request a size exchange. I received the product but the size is incorrect. I contacted support but did not receive proper help. I trusted this app and paid my money, but this issue has not been resolved. I request immediate action to update the delivery status and allow exchange or provide a solution.
