I, the undersigned, hereby submit this formal complaint against Propsolutions Realtech, having its office at:
KOLEPATIL, CITY AVENUE, M-402/403, Bhumkar Chowk Road, near Jaguar Showroom, Shankar Kalat Nagar, Wakad, Pune – 411057.
That I recently entered into a property transaction through the above-mentioned broker for the purchase of a residential flat. At the time of negotiation and finalization of the deal, the broker, through its authorized representatives, explicitly assured and committed to pay a cashback amount of ₹1,60,000 (Rupees One Lakh Sixty Thousand only) upon successful completion of the property registration.
That the said commitment was not merely verbal but was also formally acknowledged via email communication from the broker’s registered email ID, thereby constituting a binding representation and forming an integral part of the transaction.
That acting in bona fide reliance on the said assurance, I proceeded with the registration of the property. However, subsequent to the completion of registration, the broker has wilfully defaulted on its commitment and is now refusing to disburse the agreed cashback amount, without any lawful justification.
The conduct of the broker clearly amounts to:
Such actions are not only unethical but also punishable under applicable provisions of consumer protection laws and other relevant statutes.
Despite repeated follow-ups and requests, the broker has failed and neglected to honor its obligation, thereby causing me financial loss, mental agony, and undue harassment.
I state that I am in possession of documentary evidence, including email communications, which clearly establish the commitment made by the broker and their subsequent refusal.
In view of the above, I hereby request and demand the following:

- Award of compensation for mental harassment and financial loss suffered
- Any other relief deemed fit in the interest of justice
