I, Aman Meena, hereby file this complaint against the seller iwqnbecommerce for deficiency in service and unfair trade practices.

Direct the seller to immediately deliver the product OR refund the full amount paid.

- I placed an order for a Samsung 2025 Model 1.5 Ton 5 Star Split AC (White) on 14 February 2026 through an online platform flipkart.
- Order Number: OD336792950252007100
- The promised delivery date was 28 February 2026 (by 11 PM).
- Despite the confirmed shipment status, the seller failed to:
- Provide any tracking link.
- Deliver the product by the promised date 28 feb
- I made multiple complaints and follow-ups regarding the delay and lack of tracking details.
- However, the seller has taken no action and has failed to resolve the issue.
- Deficiency in Service under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
- Unfair Trade Practice.
- Failure to deliver goods within the promised timeline.
- Mental harassment and inconvenience caused due to non-delivery.
I respectfully request the Hon’ble Commission to:
Direct the seller to immediately deliver the product OR refund the full amount paid.
- Award compensation for mental harassment and inconvenience.
- Award litigation costs.
- Pass any other order deemed fit in the interest of justice.
