I wish to lodge a formal complaint against Blinkit regarding an unresolved refund dispute and the inadequate handling of my complaint despite repeated follow-ups.

The items related to the above order were picked up from my residence by Blinkit's delivery personnel. However, despite the successful pickup, I have not received the refund that is due to me.
Following this, I contacted Blinkit's customer support through both chat and email channels on multiple occasions. During these interactions, I was repeatedly asked to provide proof and supporting evidence. I promptly submitted all requested information, including evidence demonstrating that the items were collected from my location.
Despite providing the requested proof, I have not received any meaningful resolution. Blinkit's representatives repeatedly informed me that the matter had been transferred to a "concerned team" for investigation and that I would receive an update within 24–48 hours. However, several follow-ups later, no satisfactory explanation, investigation outcome, or refund has been provided.
I have experienced significant inconvenience, stress, and loss of time due to the company's failure to resolve this matter. Furthermore, there appears to be a lack of coordination between Blinkit's support channels, with no representative taking ownership of the issue or providing a clear status update.
I respectfully request the following relief:
1. Immediate investigation of the matter.
2. Processing of the pending refund for Order ID ORD32995697314.
3. Written explanation regarding the delay and handling of the complaint.
4. Appropriate compensation for the unnecessary time, effort, inconvenience, and mental distress caused by the prolonged delay and repeated follow-ups.
I have retained copies of all emails, chat conversations, and evidence submitted to Blinkit and am prepared to provide them in support of this complaint.
I request that this matter be reviewed and resolved at the earliest.
