I am writing to formally lodge a consumer complaint against Blinkit (seller/platform) and Statue Ayurvedic Products (manufacturer) regarding a defective and misleading product purchased on April 2, 2026.
Order Details:
I initially contacted Blinkit customer support requesting a return and refund. However, my request was rejected without justification, and I was directed to contact the manufacturer. Blinkit has failed to take responsibility as the selling platform and has not provided any resolution. Additionally, no return option is available within the app.
I have already shared all relevant evidence, including images and videos demonstrating the ineffectiveness of the product, along with the order invoice.
This situation has caused inconvenience, financial loss, and distress due to the continued bed bug issue.
