Case:​

  1. I ordered Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra 12GB/256GB (Titanium Black) on Amazon.in on 13.07.2025; Order ID: 406-4763553-2094753; Price: ₹74,999; Seller shown: Darshita Etel/Darshita Aashiyana Pvt. Ltd.
  2. Amazon marked delivery on 14.07.2025 at ~13:34. Package was received by my father after OTP authorisation from my phone.
  3. On opening the sealed pack around 7:15 PM (video recorded), I found a used/broken Vivo phone instead of the S24 Ultra.
  4. I immediately contacted Amazon chat/support, shared photos and the unboxing video. Despite this, Amazon denied refund/replacement, stating “correct item delivered / investigation closed.”
  5. The invoice lists IMEI of the ordered Samsung as 350953900861242; the device received is a different/old Vivo handset.
  6. I also approached Bisrakh PS / Gaur City-2 Chowki; an application was taken but no FIR has been registered yet.
