To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally lodge a consumer complaint against an online Instagram-based company called DiamondLady, for failing to ship my order or provide a refund, despite repeated follow-ups for over 50 days.
Since placing the order, I have been continuously following up with their team via WhatsApp/Instagram messages. Every time I reach out, I am given false assurances that the order will be shipped "today." However, despite more than 7 weeks of repeated follow-ups, I have received neither the product nor a refund.
This has caused me significant mental distress, inconvenience, and financial loss. The company's repeated false promises, delay tactics, and lack of accountability are a clear violation of consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
If the above resolution is not provided within 7 days of this notice, I will be compelled to escalate the matter legally, including filing a complaint with the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, and taking the issue public via social media and consumer forums.
I am attaching screenshots of my communication with the seller for your reference.

- Compensation of ₹10,000 for the mental harassment, time wasted, and inconvenience caused.
- A formal apology and assurance that such practices will be discontinued with future customers.
If the above resolution is not provided within 7 days of this notice, I will be compelled to escalate the matter legally, including filing a complaint with the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, and taking the issue public via social media and consumer forums.
