I, Neeraj Kr Singh, am a customer of Excitel Wi-Fi connection. I had paid an amount of Rs.1770 (100MBS 3M Plan)against 3 months plan on dated 14 Dec 25. From last 5 days they are not giving any reply /solution on my complaint of NO Connection(Complaint Raised on 13 Feb 26)despite several follow-ups against my complaint(75527593) no solution not even dam to arrange technician to visit and rectify the issue. This is now 5 Days now,
I have repeatedly contacted their customer care at 69656965 and raised a complaint (Complaint No 75527593). Each time, I was made to wait for 2–3 hours on calls, only to be informed that “will see to it.” Despite multiple requests, there has been no response, no resolution.
My registered mobile number with Excitel is +91 9968506929, and the connection is in my name, Neeraj Kr Singh
Therefore, I request the Hon’ble Consumer Court to kindly instruct Excitel to give solution with further delay or if they failed I request you to help me to get a refund from Excitel against loss of days 5 days plus remaining days 27 days to repay.
