Subject: Complaint Against Jio AirFiber for Deficient Service and Failure to Resolve Connectivity Issues

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Reliance Jio regarding the poor service and lack of resolution of my Jio AirFiber connection issue.

My Jio AirFiber service stopped functioning properly, and I raised a complaint with Jio Customer Care on 25 May 2026. Despite repeated assurances from customer support that a technician would visit my residence, no technician has arrived to date, and the issue remains unresolved.

Over the past week, I have made approximately 40 to 60 calls to Jio Customer Care seeking assistance and updates regarding my complaint. Unfortunately, I have received only repeated promises without any actual resolution or technician visit.

Due to the continuous disruption of internet service and the stress caused by the lack of support from Jio, I have suffered significant mental distress. During this period, I experienced severe anxiety, headaches, and emotional distress, which adversely affected my mental well-being and daily activities. The ongoing uncertainty and failure of Jio to address the issue despite numerous follow-ups have caused considerable inconvenience and hardship.

I believe this constitutes a clear deficiency in service and negligence on the part of Jio. As a paying customer, I am entitled to timely support and proper resolution of service-related complaints.

I request the concerned authority to:

  1. Direct Jio to immediately resolve the issue with my AirFiber connection.
  2. Provide compensation for the prolonged service disruption and inconvenience caused.
  3. Refund the charges for the period during which the service remained non-functional.
  4. Take appropriate action against the service provider for failure to address a legitimate customer complaint despite repeated follow-ups.
I have records of my complaint number(s), call history, and other supporting documents, which can be provided upon request.

Dear Jio Care Team,

I am writing to escalate my unresolved complaint regarding service request ID SR0000375FRP (Issue: No internet working & consuming data without internet). This request was raised on 31st May 2026, and despite repeated follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved. The status continues to show "Assigning an engineer," with no progress made.

This prolonged delay is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience. I request immediate intervention from your senior support team to resolve this matter without further delay.
