1. That I, the Complainant, had placed an order on 17th June 2025 via the Flipkart platform and used SuperCoins as part of the payment.
2. Before 21st June 2025, Flipkart cancelled my order without any proper justification.
3. The SuperCoins used in the order were set to expire before 21st June 2025, and after the cancellation, Flipkart did not refund those SuperCoins.
4. On 21st June 2025, I received the cancellation notification. However, by then the SuperCoins had already expired, resulting in a loss to me as a consumer.
5. Despite attempts to contact Flipkart’s customer service and grievance team, the issue has not been resolved, and I have received no compensation.
