That on 17 October 2025, the complainant booked a TVS Jupiter 125 DT SXC (Ivory Brown) through the official website of Opposite Party No.1 (TVS Motor Company) by paying ₹1,00,122, which is 100 percent of the vehicle cost.

That after receipt of full payment, no communication, confirmation, delivery timeline, or update was provided by either Opposite Party No.1 (TVS Motors) or Opposite Party No.2 (TVS – Jai Ganesh Auto Wheels LLP).

The complainant made several attempts to contact Opposite Party No.2 on the number listed on TVS’s official website but received no response.

The complainant contacted customer care of Opposite Party No.1 on 1800-258-7555 and received an extremely unprofessional reply stating that:

They cannot assist.

The complainant must contact the dealer only.

They do not have any alternative contact number.

The complainant must personally travel 100 km to the dealer for a basic booking update.

This conduct shows gross deficiency in service, unfair trade practice, and harassment of the consumer, especially when TVS Motors has taken the entire amount upfront.

The actions of the Opposite Parties have caused mental agony, financial loss, and unnecessary hardship to the complainant.

Reliefs Sought

The complainant prays that this Hon’ble Commission may be pleased to:

Direct the Opposite Parties to immediately provide the vehicle or issue a full refund of ₹1,00,122 with interest.

Award compensation for mental harassment and inconvenience, not less than ₹50,000.

Impose appropriate penalties on the Opposite Parties for deficiency in service.

Direct the Opposite Parties to improve communication and consumer support.

Grant any other relief deemed fit in the interest of justice.
