I have booked a Dell laptop battery on Flipkart on 23/07/2026 and it will be delivered on 25/07/2026. After charging the battery for 3 hours and checking it, the laptop turns off as soon as I unplug the power from the laptop. I called Flipkart customer care and asked them to visit the service center. When I visited the service center, they said that we do not provide service for Dell accessories. If I call Flipkart customer care again and tell them, they will refuse. They told me to wait for 24 hours and do it. It has already been 10 days. I have not received any resolution from Flipkart and the return policy has already expired. I do not know what to do. I am going to raise a complaint in the consumer court.
