I, Silvester K I J, residing at Thanjavur, Mobile No. 9994265539, submit this complaint against Swiggy (Bundl Technologies Pvt. Ltd.).
On 18.01.2026, I placed a Train Food Order through Swiggy and made full payment.
Order ID: 227708028854007.
Order Details:
The main food items were wrongly delivered / interchanged, which is evident from the bill and photographs. Due to this, the entire order became unusable. Some passengers were allergic to noodles, and since this was a train journey, replacement or reordering was impossible. This resulted in complete food wastage and inconvenience.
I immediately raised a complaint with Swiggy and shared all evidence. Despite multiple follow-ups, Swiggy refused to provide a refund and attempted to shift responsibility to the restaurant. As the order, payment, delivery, and customer support are handled by Swiggy, the Opposite Party is solely responsible.
The refusal to refund in a clear case of wrong item delivery amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
I request appropriate directions from this Hon’ble Commission to

Issue Faced:
Instead of the items ordered, I received:- Bucket Veg Noodles (wrong item)
- Schezwan Veg Fried Rice (packed incorrectly / interchanged)

- Award litigation costs
- Pass any other order deemed fit in the interest of justice
