Dear Consumer Grievance Officer,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an unresolved refund issue involving a transaction made through CRED Wallet / Dreampurse.

Despite multiple follow-ups and timely actions from my side, I have not received any satisfactory resolution or update.

Details of the Case:

  • Transaction Date: 10 October 2025
  • Amount: ₹2,000.00
  • UTR Number: 528325080641
  • Ticket ID (CRED Wallet): 70175
  • Beneficiary Account: 645802010015818
  • IFSC: UBIN0564583
The issue concerns an incorrect beneficiary payment. I promptly contacted CRED Wallet support and the concerned bank to initiate a refund. A complaint was raised by CRED’s technical team on October 10, 2025, and I was informed that the refund process could take up to 45 working days.

However, it has now been nearly a month since my last correspondence (on October 15, 2025), and I have not received any further updates or refund confirmation.

Actions Taken from My Side:

  • Reported the issue immediately to CRED Wallet and received acknowledgment.
  • Followed up with the beneficiary bank regarding fund recovery.
  • Raised a complaint with NPCI for transaction verification and refund tracking.
  • Sent multiple follow-up emails to the support team (latest on November 2, 2025) with no resolution yet.
I have complied with all procedural requirements and provided the necessary documentation promptly. Despite this, the refund remains pending without any clear timeline or escalation response.

I request the Consumer Grievance Cell to kindly look into this matter and intervene to ensure the refund of my ₹2,000 is processed at the earliest.
