This has caused inconvenience and disappointment, especially since the cancellation reason mentioned in the email is incorrect. I request you to investigate this issue and make Flipkart provide a proper explanation for why my order was canceled without my permission.
I also request that necessary action be taken to avoid such misleading updates to customers in the future.
