Dear Sir/Madam,

I, Mr. Bhoge Ramchandra Harishchandra, residing at Alephata, Tal. Junnar, Dist. Pune, am filing this complaint against ICICI LOMBARD General Insurance Company Limited, having its office at ICICI Lombard House, 414, Veer Savarkar Marg, Near Siddhi Vinayak Temple, Prabhadevi, Mumbai - 400025, for the unfair rejection of my insurance claim and the inordinate delay in settling the same.

I hold a valid car insurance policy (Policy No:
3001/367369391/00/B00) and Claim Registration Number: MOT15842444 with the aforementioned insurance company. On 13/02/2025, I was involved in an accident, and I promptly filed a claim with the company as per the terms and conditions of the policy. However, despite providing all the necessary documents and complying with their requirements, the company has unreasonably rejected my claim without providing a valid justification.

Furthermore, the company took an excessively long time to process and decide on my claim, causing me significant inconvenience and financial hardship. This delay and the subsequent rejection of my claim are in violation of my rights as a consumer and the principles of fair trade practices.

I have attached all relevant documents, including the policy details, claim application, correspondence with the company, and any other supporting evidence for your reference.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Yours sincerely,
Bhoge Ramchandra Harishchandra

Enclosures:
1. Copy of the insurance policy
2. Copy of the claim application
3. Any other relevant documents
