Dear Zomato Support,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the extremely poor experience I had with my recent order.
My order was delayed by more than 1 hour and 30 minutes. During this time, I repeatedly tried to contact customer support, but I was only connected to the chatbot, which failed to provide any meaningful resolution. After waiting for nearly 15 minutes, I was finally connected to a customer support agent named Anupam.
Unfortunately, the interaction with Anupam was highly unprofessional. The agent lacked basic communication skills and did not seem to understand my concern. Instead of resolving the issue, he forcefully initiated a refund without my consent. I never requested that my order be cancelled or refunded. I simply wanted an update on the delivery and a proper resolution.
To make matters worse, after the refund was processed, I was no longer able to connect with any customer support representative through the chat, leaving me with no opportunity to explain my concern or escalate the issue.
This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable for a company like Zomato. I request that you:
I have been a regular Zomato customer and expect a much higher standard of service. I look forward to your prompt response and appropriate action.
