Dear Customer Support Team,
This is my final follow-up regarding the incident that occurred at your Domino's Antop Hill store on 28 July 2026.
I visited the store with my family and placed an order. During the payment process,
I received a payment reversal slip, but the amount was still debited from my bank account.
Despite informing the store staff and showing the transaction details, they refused to acknowledge the issue.
Instead of helping, the staff argued with me, behaved unprofessionally, and showed no willingness to resolve the matter.
They also appeared to have no proper knowledge of the payment process or how to handle such situations.
As a result of the staff's refusal to assist, I was forced to make the payment again through the Domino's app in order to receive my order. This caused me financial inconvenience, unnecessary stress, and embarrassment in front of my family.

Confirmation and status of my refund.
Appropriate disciplinary action against the staff involved for their rude and unprofessional behaviour.
A written response explaining the action taken.
If I do not receive a satisfactory response immediately, I will have no option but to file an FIR and pursue the matter before the appropriate consumer and legal authorities.
