The complaint was registered on 10th Feb 2026 as the RO water filter stopped working. Despite mulitple follow ups, no one has actioned or no technician has been sent till today. The area sales manager sathish doesnt answer the phone calls. Both the branch manager Jaywanth Shetty and area sales manager Sathish are irresponsible.
Im purchasing the can water since 10th feb, because of which i got health issues. I paid AMC for 2 years, ie from sept 2025 to sep 2027. The service the faulty parts will be replaced as i have paid AMC.
They dont bother to solve the issue and they are not bothered about the customer.
