My Name is Jagdeep Singh Sandhu.

My old policy was OPTIMA RESTORE FLOATER POLICY and the policy no. is 2805204189760900000.

The agent INDERJIT SINGH (phone no. 9023336325) has changed my policy to HDFC ERGO GROUP HEALTH INSURANCE without notifying me or discussing anything with me.

He converted my old policy to this one without informing me. All of my record has been gone and I’m not able to receive its benefits. I want to file a complaint regarding the agent.
I’ve been a regular user of OPTIMA RESTORE FLOATER POLICY since 2023.
Now he has converted it to group policy from 2025-2026. It’s non-portable and all my previous records have been good for nothing.

We request you to take serious action against the agent INDERJIT SINGH. He has committed fraud as per law under section 420.

We also request you to switch me to my previous OPTIMA RESTORE FLOATER POLICY and help me receive the benefits.

We paid around ₹85000 in 3 three years and now we’ve lost benefits upto ₹10,00,000. In today’s date if there’s any emergency we won’t be able to use any benefits. Because all previous records have been ruined by INDERJIT SINGH and we have to wait for another 3 years to be able to get the benefits.
