Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the poor service provided by Livpure after purchasing an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC).
I have already paid the full AMC charges, including the additional amount for the pre-filter replacement. However, despite the payment being completed, no technician has visited my location to replace the filters or carry out the scheduled maintenance.
I have contacted your customer care department several times, but I have not received any positive response or resolution. Your customer care team also shared the contact number of the area in-charge (9516555311), but unfortunately, my calls have gone unanswered.
This delay and lack of communication are highly disappointing and unacceptable. I request you to arrange for a technician to visit my residence immediately and complete the pending all filter replacements along with prefilter and AMC service without any further delay.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate the matter to the appropriate consumer grievance authorities.
Kindly treat this matter as urgent
