Dear Flipkart Customer Support,
I am writing to raise a complaint regarding an incorrect refund for my order.
I purchased a combo T-shirt set containing two T-shirts from Flipkart. The size was small, so I requested an exchange. However, when I received the exchanged product, only one T-shirt was delivered instead of the complete two-T-shirt combo.
I therefore raised a refund request for the incomplete/incorrect delivery. However, Flipkart has refunded me only the amount for one T-shirt, even though I had purchased and paid for the complete combo set.
This is not a correct resolution, as I paid for the complete combo but did not receive the complete product. I request Flipkart to refund the remaining amount immediately, so that I receive the full amount paid for the undelivered T-shirt.
Please investigate this matter and provide a proper resolution at the earliest.
