Subject: Complaint Against Amazon for Non-Delivery of Product
I placed an order on Amazon for 2 products under the same order ID. However, only 1 product was delivered and the other item was missing.
I contacted Amazon customer support multiple times, but they refused to resolve the issue stating that the complaint period is over. The missing product was never delivered to me.
This amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice. I request refund/replacement for the missing product along with appropriate compensation.
