On (11 December 2025), I placed an online order for 3500 from the above-mentioned seller and paid ₹_3500
Instead of delivering the correct product, the seller delivered a wrong/defective/fake item on (11 December 2025). The product received does not match what was advertised.
After receiving the product, I contacted the seller multiple times via calls, messages, and emails, but they ignored my requests and refused to provide a refund or replacement.
Despite repeated attempts, the seller has neither resolved my issue nor responded properly, which amounts to unfair trade practice and online fraud under consumer protection laws.

Please follow the below steps:

Step 1
If you have paid through UPI like paytm or googlepay, visit NPCI website and register your complaint.

Step 2
File an Online
complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in

Step 3
File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide


If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
