I, Aniket Kamodkar, would like to file a formal complaint against the Techfest IIT Bombay Campus Ambassador (CA) Program regarding the non-fulfillment of promised benefits.

As per the official terms displayed on their platform, the Top 10 CAs on the leaderboard were assured free accommodation during Techfest. I secured a position within the Top 10 (Rank #2 as per the leaderboard), which clearly qualifies me for the said benefit.

However, despite fulfilling all required criteria and achieving the stated rank, the accommodation amount has not been refunded/provided to me. This is a direct violation of the commitments made by the organizers and amounts to unfair trade practice and deficiency in service.

I have attached supporting proof, including screenshots of the leaderboard and the stated rewards on their official website.

I request the concerned authority to:

  1. Ensure immediate refund of the promised accommodation amount.
  2. Take appropriate action against the organizers for misleading commitments.
  3. Prevent such practices to protect other participants in the future.
I hope for a prompt resolution of this matter.
