Subject: Complaint regarding non-provision of service under AMC for RO Water Purifier.

Respected Sir/Madam,
My RO Water Purifier Register No 9891787305
I, [Rajender Singh], resident of [D-17 A DBLOCK RAJPUR KHRUD MAIDAN GARI NEW DELHI], would like to bring to your attention that I had taken an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for my RO Water Purifier from [Dr.Aquaguard/Radhey Mohan 7053006342]. The AMC is valid from [7 March 2025] to [6 Marc 2026].

Despite having an active AMC, my RO purifier has been malfunctioning for a long time. I have contacted the company’s customer care several times at [18602661177], and have also lodged complaints (Complaint No: CM-290425-49839808), but no technician has visited to repair the RO till date.

Due to this negligence, I am unable to get clean drinking water and have suffered great inconvenience.

Therefore, I request you to kindly take necessary action against the company for failing to provide service under the AMC and direct them to resolve my issue and compensate me for the inconvenience caused.
