Subject: Complaint Regarding Non-Provision of Internet Services and Non-Refund of Amount Paid
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a highly unsatisfactory experience I have had with your internet services.
I had subscribed to an Airtel internet connection under the name SANDEEPKUMAR K RANA, registered with the mobile number 9033737727 and customer ID/account number #20033392450
Despite making the full payment in advance, your services were never activated/provided properly. I raised several complaints with your customer support team, but there was no resolution. After facing continuous inconvenience and no internet service for a long period, I had no choice but to cancel the connection.
Even after the cancellation, it has been more than 15 days, and I have not received any refund of the amount I had paid in advance. This is unacceptable and amounts to deficiency in service, as well as unjust enrichment on your part.
I request Airtel to process the full refund of the amount paid at the earliest. Please find the details below:
I expect a prompt resolution, along with a confirmation of the refund status.
