I, Nisha Vinayak Pandye, My order id - 1278321466. I had purchased COLOUR ME FLORAL PRINT SHIRT DRESS WITH BELT XXL SIZE on 22.03.2026. This product being very loose to me and as the company policy had mentioned 7 days return hence i had put a request for return of this product and till today no one has come to collect the product even after calling there customer care team everyday on 08065011555. Every day the team gives me the same reason to wait for 48 hours and the pickup will be made and everyday i get a message from lifestyle that pick up wil be done today and by evening again i get the message that pick up has been delayed. I am now fedup of this repeated answers and feel haressed by such a big brand cheating customers who purchase online buy lootofy them giving fake statements. i need to file a an official & legal complaint and also want to update all online users for this cheating and harassments happened to me.
