I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I am facing with my recent return request for Order ID 1305058 27265201438101 placed on your platform.

Despite initiating the return and getting confirmation, the return pickup has not been attempted, and I have not been contacted by your delivery agent. I have been waiting for several days, and this delay is causing inconvenience.

I kindly request you to:

Reschedule the return pickup at the earliest.

Ensure proper coordination from your delivery/logistics team.

Extend my return window if necessary due to this delay.


Please look into this matter urgently and resolve it as soon as possible. I am a regular customer and expect better service
